Bwambara PAPEE Primary is located in bwambara TC in Rukungiri district. It was founded by The Late. Rev. Patrick Nsiga who was serving as a Reverand in Bwambara-Rujumbura in Rukungiri district to support underserved communities and less privileged pupils on grounds of education. Children especially the Orphans and the Poor had no chance to access school requirements i.e; School uninforms, Books, Pens, Pencils, etc. Also very difficult to pay school fees , food for the children to eat while at school also not available.

The school school started in 2002 with 20 Pupils and as of today it has over 500 Pupils both boys and girls.
